Hello akiko, Well, I don't think that I am misunderstanding, the company profile is misleading. Where is the actual company profile?

Hello Lyn, I have been looking for a good recipe for mushi pan and Miwa was trying to make it before. We never even got close. An American chef friend who is in Kyoto for 3 months had some and told me how he thinks it was made. It sounds like a pretty convoluted bread recipe. I will see if we can produce a sticky gooey mushi pan recipe someday.

YOu are misunderstanding. That is NOT the company's profile. It is the profile of the character of the fictional story on their website.
