Ukiten Soba (Uki soba with tempura) which I reviewed here and highly recommend is 950 yen, if I am not mistaken.

There are more expensive dishes available, nabe sets, and so on, for  3000+ yen. I have not tried any of these dishes, but I would imagine that they are well worth a try.</description>
